Return & Exchange Policy

At KIANSHA EDIT, we are committed to providing premium-quality products and exceptional customer service. Every garment undergoes a thorough quality inspection before dispatch. We kindly request that you read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

 

1.      Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns or exchanges will be accepted only under the following circumstances:

 

  • You have received a damaged product.
  • You have received a defective product.
  • You have received an incorrect product.

To initiate a return or exchange request:

 

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Please email us with your Order Number, unboxing video, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the issue.

Requests received after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as dislike of the product, change of mind, size issues, colour variation due to photography or screen settings, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
  • All return and exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by our Quality Assurance Team.

    Once your request has been approved:

     

    • You will receive an approval email containing the return address and return instructions.
    • Customers are required to read the return instructions carefully and act accordingly.
    • After we receive and inspect the returned product, a replacement of the same item will be dispatched, subject to availability.
    • If the same product is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or pay the difference for a higher-value product.
    • Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

    Replacement orders are generally dispatched within 5–12 business days after successful quality inspection of the returned product.

     

    2.      Product Condition for Returns

    To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

     

    • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
    • Be returned in its original condition.
    • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
    • Include the original invoice or order confirmation.
    • Be free from perfume, deodorant, stains, makeup marks, alterations, or any signs of use.

    Products that fail to meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer.

     

    3.      Important Notes

     

    • Slight variations in colour, embroidery, weave, texture, or print placement are natural characteristics of handcrafted garments and are not considered manufacturing defects.
    • Product images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes. Minor colour differences may occur due to photography and screen settings.
